You’ve got questions.
we’ve got answers.

  • Do I have to sign a long term contract?

Our service is a month to month subscription based service, so no long term contract needed. We require a 30 day notice to cancel.

*Keep in mind podcast guesting delivers the best results when done for a minimum of 6-12 months. As a marketing strategy there is a cumulative effect…consistency is key. Looking for great results? Think of podcast guesting like joining a new gym or starting a new diet…you’re not going to see big results in just a month or two. Give the process enough time and the results will come.

  • do you guarantee bookings?

We can only guarantee bookings with our VIP Concierge Booking Bundle. With this package your dedicated booking agent will work directly with you to ensure you are booked on the best podcasts for your industry.

All other packages include access to our Mic’d Up resources to help you during your podcast booking journey.

  • How long will it take to set up my account?

You can expect to hear from our team within a few days of submitting your application. Once approved, your booking agent will reach out to schedule your initial strategy session. New clients are typically “up and running” within a week or two of getting started.

  • How long will it take to get my first booking?

Your booking timeline will depend on a variety of factors that are somewhat hard to predict. Typically we are able to book a client within the first 30 days, however, for others it might take longer. It all depends on your industry, niche, and the kind of shows we are pitching…this also depends on the host/producers of the show and how far in advance they schedule guests. Some plan months ahead, others are more last minute.

  • What kind of podcasts will you book me on?

We approach podcast shows that are relevant to your area of expertise and/or within your target audience type. We only book well established podcasts that consistently produce quality content. This ensures a larger audience, thus expanding your reach.

  • Do I need a microphone?

For the best quality sound we highly recommend you use a microphone and headphones plugged directly into your computer. Your computer has a built in microphone, however, the quality is low and these also tend to pick up a lot of undesirable background noise.

  • What if a booking gets cancelled?

If for some reason a show cancels we will work to replace that appearance as quickly as possible. Most of the time a show cancellation is due to production issues or other factors affecting the show’s schedule. Typically a show will reschedule your guest spot vs. cancel altogether.

  • What happens once my interview/guest appearance is done?

It’s important to have a plan of action following each interview. Pro Tip: Have a call to action (e.g. download a free resource or e-book, etc). that listeners can download when they visit your site. This will drive traffic and help you grow your email list! Hosts will send you the link and details for your show once it goes live- be prepared to share on your social media channels, tagging the host, the show, etc. This creates a “buzz” and will boost both your visibility almost instantly.

  • How do I get started?

To get started, submit your application through our website. Please note there is no obligation or fee to apply. We will review your details and get back to you promptly. If you then wish to speak to someone, we’ll schedule a call. Services are billed at the beginning of each booking month.
