Micd Up Booking Subscription Agreement

This Subscription Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Micd Up Booking ("Provider") and the undersigned client ("Client") for the purpose of providing podcast booking services as detailed below.

1. Service Overview

Micd Up Booking provides podcast booking services to clients, which includes all services listed on the Micd Up Booking website (micdupbooking.com). These services are designed to help clients book podcasts, manage their podcasting presence, and provide assistance with social media. Please note that all bookings are subject to podcaster and client availability. While we strive to accommodate requests as quickly as possible, bookings are not guaranteed due to the availability of podcasters and their schedules.

2. Payment Terms

Initial Payment:

For all recurring monthly services, initial payment via the website will go towards your first month of services.

Monthly Subscription:

After the initial payment, monthly payments will be automatically billed to the Client's account. 

3. Subscription termination policy

• Duration of Subscription: The subscription service is provided for a fixed term of six (6) months or (12) months depending on chosen subscription, commencing on the start date agreed upon at the time of subscription.

• Automatic Renewal: The subscription will automatically renew on a month-to-month basis after the initial term. Either party may terminate the subscription by providing a 30-day written notice before the end of any given month. No further action is required from the client to cancel the subscription, provided the 30-day notice is given.

• Post-Termination Access: Upon termination of the subscription, access to subscription-related services, content, and support will be discontinued unless a new subscription is initiated.

• Reactivation: Clients may choose to reactivate their subscription at any time after termination by entering into a new subscription agreement.

• No Refund Policy: The subscription fee is non-refundable. The client will not be entitled to a refund or credit for any unused portion of the subscription term upon termination.

Cancellations by Micd Up Booking:

Micd Up Booking reserves the right to cancel or suspend services at any time with 30 days' notice to the Client. Any outstanding balances will be settled in accordance with the Client’s billing cycle.

4. Service Availability

While Micd Up Booking will make every reasonable effort to secure podcast appearances, bookings are not guaranteed and are subject to the schedules and availability of both the Client and podcasters. If a booking is unavailable due to scheduling conflicts, Micd Up Booking will work with the Client to find alternative opportunities.

5. Payment Terms

Payment will activate your subscription and set up automatic monthly payments. Clients must ensure payment is made in full for services to continue without interruption.

6. General Terms

• All payments for services are non-refundable, except as specifically outlined in this agreement.

• By subscribing to Micd Up Booking services, the Client agrees to abide by the terms outlined in this agreement.

• This agreement may be amended at any time by Micd Up Booking with written notice to the Client.
